Request Your Personal Data

Upon request, we will provide you with a copy of your personal data we collect in an electronic format.

How this will happen:

1. We require that the account whose data you wish to receive is connected to Supercell ID.

2. We will always perform security checks on the account to make sure personal data does not end up in the wrong hands.

3. We will then send the data to the email address associated with this Supercell ID.

We are only able to send data to the email address associated with the Supercell ID of your game account. We recommend using a computer for viewing the personal data that we send you.

You will have two weeks to download your data from the email we sent you. After that, the link will expire and can no longer be used.

Should you request any further copies of your data after this, we may charge a small fee based on administrative costs.
