If you’d like to refund your Brawl Pass, our Support team might be able to help you. Please note that Brawl Pass refunds can only be granted once per account lifetime.

The Brawl Pass is a high-value item because the rewards offered can give an account a significant boost. These rewards cannot be revoked from your account, so refunding your Brawl Pass can lead to an unfair advantage.

To make things fair and prevent potential exploits, our Support Agent will revoke a certain number of Gems from your account if your Brawl Pass is refunded. The removal of Gems will happen regardless of whether Brawl Pass reward tiers are reached or claimed.

It takes a long time to work your way back to a positive Gem balance after a Brawl Pass refund, we get it! If you purchased your Brawl Pass in-game, you might see an offer to purchase enough Gems to restore your Gem balance. This offer gives you the opportunity to purchase Gems at a discounted rate.

So you’ve been gifted a Brawl Pass, nice one! Please keep in mind that if the person who has gifted you the Brawl Pass decides to ask for a refund, the Gems will be removed from your own account. You’ll be on your own to work your way back to a positive Gem balance.

To avoid this, only accept Brawl Pass donations from people you know and trust. If you receive an unexpected donation from an unknown player, the safest thing to do is decline it. If something seems too good to be true, it probably is!
